translation
It seems to me that this was a major reason why I came to Tokyo and tried to leave my boarding house. If I hadn't been short of money, I would have been able to build a house and look at it, but if I were the same as I was before, even if I could afford it in the middle of the day, I would have preferred not to have done such a troublesome imitation.
