I didn't know anything about my father's illness after the New Year. The simple letters that came with the change sent from the country every month were, as usual, my father's handiwork, but I could hardly find any complaints about my illness. Moreover, the writing was also accurate. The quiver that one sees in this kind of sick person did not disturb the writing in the slightest.
