先生は同じ言葉を二遍繰り返した。其言葉は森閑とした晝の中に異樣な調子をもつて繰り返された。私は急に何とも應へられなくなつた。

The teacher repeated the same words twice. Those words were repeated with a strange tone in the tranquil afternoon. I suddenly became unable to respond.
