Kokoro, by Natsume Soseki (paragraph #973)

translation

In fact, it seemed almost meaningless to me to make a distinction between visiting graves and walking. Sensei's eyebrows turned cloudy. A strange light appeared in my eyes. It was a faint uneasiness that could not be dismissed as a nuisance, disgust, or fear. I immediately recalled the memory of when I called out to him as ``sensei'' in Shishigaya. The two expressions were exactly the same.
